Team Roster Requirements

Teams may have up to 25 players on their roster at any given time (including goalies)

Teams may add or remove players from their roster until the posted Roster Deadline (see website calendar for posted deadlines each season)
- A player can only be listed on one team’s roster per season per league, regardless of division, or position
Player Transfers
- Players who wish to transfer from one team to another during the same season are subject to a $25 transfer fee and league approval. In order for the league to consider your request, the following criteria must be met:
Player Transfer Requirements:

Must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the Roster Deadline date

Must be transferring to a team within the same division or higher

Transfer requests to a lower division may be accepted if player has played less than 5 games in a higher division

All registration fees and fines incurred with former team must be paid in full before transfer can be approved

The former team cannot fall below the minimum required Full-time players (15)

Only one transfer per player may be requested per season
All transfer requests must be submitted through the CUSTOMER SERVICE PORTAL.
NOTE: All transfers require a minimum of 24 hours to be approved. If your potential new team is playing within that time period, we cannot guarantee your eligibility to play that game.
Non-Roster Player Pickups
- Current Rules for Non-roster pickups:

Players on an existing team roster in the same league are not permitted to be picked up for any number of games for another team during the same season

Goalies on an existing roster in the same league are permitted to be picked up from a team in a higher division only, and for a maximum of 5 games. This rule applies only to regular season games, no pickups will be allowed during playoffs.
Only Part-Time or Full-Time goalies may be used as replacements.
