Uniforms
- All teams and players must adhere to the following uniform requirements. Teams and players who do not meet the uniform requirements after the posted grace period deadline WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY. This has been changed from the previous fine system for uniform violations.
All teams and players are given a grace period to the end of the 1st month of the season to get their uniforms up to code (January 31st, May 31st, September 30th respectively). Please be aware of it to avoid player and team disqualifications.
- Current Jersey requirements are listed below:

Teams must have a minimum of 2 sets of jerseys (20+ jerseys = 1 set)

Jerseys can be of any brand or grade.

Jerseys must be of matching pattern, including matching base color, stripes, and numbers. Logos are optional but if used they must be matching and cannot be mixed with other team logos

Both players & goalies must adhere to jersey requirements, goalies are not permitted to wear non-matching jerseys

No taped numbers are permitted, must be permanently stitched or screened on

Teams must have a minimum of 2 sets of jerseys, the home team will choose which jerseys it will use and the visitors will switch if necessary.

In youth play, the League will provide a complete set of jerseys for all players. Kids must remember to bring their uniform to each game, including shorts, socks, and sweater. Coaches have a small supply of spare equipment in case of a forgotten jersey.
- Current Shorts/Sweats Requirements:

Teams are required to wear shorts only, sweats are no longer an option

Shorts must be of matching pattern, including base color, stripes, and numbers if used

Small logos are permitted on shorts provided the color remains the same as the rest of the players
- Current Sport Sock Requirements:

Sport socks must be worn by players who wear protective shin pads (excluding Mylec and D-Gel brands)

Sport socks can be of any brand or grade

Sport socks must be same base color for all players on a team

Sport socks must cover the entire shin guard, but no higher than the top of the shin (knees should not be covered)

Socks that are worn above the knees will not be permitted
- Players who wear Mylec or D-Gel brand shin guards are not required to cover them with socks, however these pads must be of matching base color as sport socks used by the rest of the team
